Service Description
Step into the timeless tradition of a Finnish sauna in your own private wellness space. Accommodating 1–4 guests, this session offers the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy the restorative benefits of dry heat. Your booking includes exclusive access to the sauna room and its private changing area throughout your session. The flexible seating can be folded away to create additional space for gentle stretching or yoga. You may also enhance your booking with our optional Fire & Ice Upgrade, including access to the Ice Shower. To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience, a 15-minute turnaround is scheduled between bookings for changing and room preparation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment and no-shows are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be forfeited. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time if there is a subsequent booking. If you’re feeling unwell or experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
