Using dynamic air compression technology, Normatec helps promote circulation, ease muscle fatigue and support recovery after exercise, travel or long days on your feet. Your booking includes exclusive access to one private recovery station for the full session duration, allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy uninterrupted compression therapy in a calm environment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment and no-shows are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be forfeited. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time if there is a subsequent booking. If you’re feeling unwell or experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
