Service Description
Experience our premium Clearlight® Corner Infrared Sauna, offering exclusive use of a spacious private room for up to 4 guests. Whether you're unwinding alone or sharing the experience with family or friends, the gentle infrared heat supports relaxation, recovery and overall wellbeing. Your booking includes exclusive access to the sauna room and its private changing area for the full session duration. You may also choose to enhance your booking with our optional Fire & Ice Upgrade, which includes access to the Ice Shower. To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience, a 15-minute turnaround is scheduled between bookings for changing and room preparation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment and no-shows are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be forfeited. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time if there is a subsequent booking. If you’re feeling unwell or experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
