Service Description
Enjoy exclusive use of our private Clearlight® infrared sauna, accommodating up to 3 guests. Gentle infrared heat warms the body to encourage relaxation, recovery and overall wellbeing in a calm, comfortable environment. Your booking provides exclusive access to the entire sauna room for the selected session duration, including a private changing area. You may also add the Ice Shower upgrade to create a Fire & Ice recovery experience. A 15-minute buffer is scheduled between bookings, allowing time for changing after your session and for the room to be prepared for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment and no-shows are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be forfeited. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time if there is a subsequent booking. If you’re feeling unwell or experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
