Service Description
Experience the restorative benefits of contrast therapy with exclusive access to both our Cold Plunge (up to 3°C) and Hot Recovery Bath (up to 41°C) during your 15-minute session. Alternate between hot and cold at your own pace or follow our suggested Contrast Therapy Guide provided on arrival. This private experience is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised and ready to take on the rest of your day. Your booking includes exclusive use of both baths for the duration of your session, ensuring a calm and uninterrupted experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment and no-shows are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be forfeited. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time if there is a subsequent booking. If you’re feeling unwell or experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
